Speaking.
I'm a practitioner, not a pundit. I run an AI-forward creative curation of 120+ members. I've built studios at networks and agencies. I've led award-winning creative teams through three platform shifts. When I talk about the future of creative work, I'm talking about what I'm doing on Monday.

Talk topics
01
The M-Shaped Career
The T-shaped career model assumes you pick a lane and go deep. That worked when industries sat still. Today, the most valuable creative leaders are the ones who've built across multiple peaks -- performance, film, technology, brand, production, AI -- and learned to transfer skills across the valleys between them. This talk reframes the zigzag resume as a strategic asset, not a liability, and offers a new mental model for career architecture in a landscape that won't stop shifting.
Audience: Creative leaders, career-stage professionals, organizations rethinking talent models
Format: 30 -- 45 min keynote or 60 min with Q&A
02
The Org Is the Architecture
You can have the best creative talent in the industry, but if the organizational model works against them, the work will be mediocre. This talk draws on four studio builds -- at 360i, Viacom, R/GA, and BBDO -- and the ground-up design of Sageworx to argue that the most important creative decision isn't what you make, it's how you organize the people who make it. Covers team topology, AI-forward workflows, and why the holding-company model is the real bottleneck.
Audience: Agency and brand leaders, studio heads, anyone building or restructuring creative teams
Format: 30 -- 45 min keynote or workshop format
03
The Human IN the Work
The AI conversation has split into two camps: the people who think AI replaces creative talent and the people who think it never could. Both are wrong. The real question is where the human goes in the process -- not whether they stay, but how their role changes when AI handles the production layer. This talk uses real examples from Sageworx's AI-forward workflow to show what "human-in-the-loop" actually looks like when it's not a marketing phrase.
Audience: Creative teams working with AI, brand leaders evaluating AI adoption, anyone past the hype cycle
Format: 30 -- 45 min keynote
04
Put It On Its Feet
In theater, "putting it on its feet" means moving from the table read to the stage -- the moment when an idea stops being a concept and starts being a performance. This talk applies that principle to creative production, AI adoption, and organizational change. Stop planning. Start rehearsing. The work gets real when you put it on its feet, and most organizations wait too long to do that.
Audience: General business audience, creative and innovation leaders
Format: 20 -- 30 min keynote (adaptable to longer format with exercises)
